Program terms

  • An eligible referral is a new client introduced with their permission, before a proposal is issued. We confirm eligibility and the referral rate by email before quoting. Existing clients, active leads, self-referrals, and duplicate introductions are excluded.
  • The standard fee is 10% of the first project's collected service fees. A 15% partner rate is available only when agreed in writing before the introduction; it is not automatic or retroactive.
  • Eligible service fees exclude taxes, hosting, domains, software, advertising spend, third-party purchases, discounts, and refunded amounts. For example, $3,000 in eligible service fees earns $300 at 10% or $450 at an approved 15% rate.
  • A referral becomes payable only after the first project is completed and the client's payment has cleared in full. We arrange payment within 30 days of that point. No commission is payable on unpaid or cancelled work; refunds reduce or reverse the corresponding fee.
  • This program covers introductions through both Wired Loom Digital and Bryan Anyayahan's portfolio. There is one eligible referrer and one payout per new client's first project. Repeat projects, retainers, and renewals require a separate written agreement.
  • Get permission before sharing a client's business contact details, and tell them that you may earn a referral fee. Submitting the form records an introduction for review; it does not approve a commission or guarantee that we will accept the project.
